Lymphoma with vertebral involvement

CT reveals densely sclerotic destruction of the vertebrae (Ivory vertebrae) associated with a heterogenous infiltrative mass in left psoas muscle and stranding in surrounding fat. There is also a small amount of ascites and absence of spleen (splenectomy performed 2-year ago).

Path proven: Hodgkin disease (mixed cellularity type).
