Malpositioned endobronchial nasogastric tube

Presentation

Cough.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

Chest x-ray demonstrates a tracheostomy in situ. A nasogastric tube has been inserted and has passed through the trachea and into the peripheral right lower zone. 

It was repositioned uneventfully.
