Displaced fracture of the right coronoid process. TMJs are enlocated. No dental trauma. Paranasal sinuses are clear.
Case Discussion
Fractures of the coronoid process are rare, accounting for ~2% of mandibular fractures, probably due to its protected position deep to the zygomaticomalar complex.
