Chronic renal patient. Decreased level of consciousness.

Patient Data:

Age: 64
Gender: Male
Race: Caucasian
Modality: CT

CT shows hypoattenuating regions in the genu and partially characterized in body of corpus callosum 

Case Discussion:

Marchiafava-Bignami disease is a rare neurodegenerative disorder with a pathognomonic hallmark of corpus callosum demyelination.

The present patient don't have know history of chronic heavy alcohol consumption.
