Acute onset right sided weakness

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

Hyperdense MCA sign with a large MCA left territory infarct with midline shift.

Progression of MCA territory infarct with marked midline shift.

Decompressive craniectomy has been performed.
