Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Primigravida. Antenatal USG at 20 weeks - no anomaly. Referred for third trimester US. No complaints.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Peritoneal calcific foci are noted over liver surface, under diaphragm, inner aspect of anterior abdominal wall.

No ascites / dilated bowel loops / high abdominal circumference /  intraperitoneal pseudocyst / polyhydramnios.

By LMP - 36 weeks. By Ultrasound - 34 weeks 3 days.
