Ankle sprain 2 days ago.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Complete rupture of the anterior fibulotalar ligament with circumscript hematoma (note susceptibility artifacts on T2* GRE). Partial grade II rupture of the fibulocalcanear ligament. Partial rupture of the deltoid ligament. Bone bruises of the medial talus, the sustentaculum and the cuboid bone.
