Medial and lateral meniscal tears in a complex knee injury

Taumatic longitudinal tears of the inner and outer meniscus (the latter with dislocation). Partial (grade II) tears of the collateral ligaments. Complete rupture of the ACL.
Case Discussion
Some authors refer to this injury pattern as "unhappy pentad", though this is not a very common term.
