Posterior mediastinal mass

Presentation

Smoker patient, complains of dysphagia, cough and weight loss.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

There is a right lower paratracheal opacity with visible pulmonary vessels through it. In lateral view, the opacity revealed a posterior mediastinal location ushing the trachea anteriorly. Features are reflecting a posterior mediastinal mass.
