Age: 10 months
Gender: Male

CT scan with and without contrast demonstrates a large ill-defined mass in the posterior fossa, slightly hyperdense, and not demonstrating significant enhancement on early post contrast images. Note the marked hydrocephalus.

Case Discussion

This patient was transferred by air ambulance to a tertiary pediatric center. MRI confirmed the findings and a craniotomy was performed. This confirmed the diagnosis of a medulloblastoma
