Case Discussion

This case shows a heterogeneous solid-cystic mass arising from the left cerebellar hemisphere and protruding into the fourth ventricle in a 30 years old male. It was reported and later confirmed as a medulloblastoma

Some features such as the restricted diffusion the cerebellar location favor this diagnosis.

It is predictable that this medulloblastoma will be of the sonic hedgehog (SHH) subtype
