Meningioma of planum sphenoidale

Vividly enhancing mass arising from the anterior aspect of the pituitary fossa demonstrates a small dural tail extending anteriorly. 

Case Discussion:

This patient went on to have a resection which confirmed that this lesion was a meningioma.
