Parietal mass that has a brightly and homogeneously contrast enhance, seems to erode the adjacent skull and extends into the superior sagittal sinus.

Case Discussion

The selected images of this case depict an extra-axial solid and vividly enhancing tumor that invades the superior sagittal sinus and the adjacent skull. On imaging, the main differentials to consider are meningioma or hemangiopericytoma, giving its invasive component. 

Unfortunately, histological confirmation was not available for this case.
