Globular high signal within the posterior horn of the medial meniscus is continuous with a more medially oriented radial tear. The medial collateral ligament is intact however high signal surrounding the femoral origin of the ligament suggests at least a strain of the MCL.

Increased signal within the distal ACL with associated sagging suggests a partial ACL tear or mucinous degeneration. The PCL is intact. Complex tear of the lateral meniscus with a longitudinal component across the length of the meniscus and a radial component within the body. The posterolateral corner is intact.
