Case Discussion:

CT of the chest demonstrates circumferential nodular soft tissue encasement of the left lung. There is volume loss with elevation of the hemidiaphragm and shift of the mediastium. A number of enlarged mediastinal nodes are noted.

Features are consistent with malignant pleural mesothelioma (subsequently confirmed on histology)
