End-stage RA. Planned radiation synovectomy.

Race: Caucasian
Modality: X-ray

Severe osteoarthitis of the wrist and distal radioulnar joints. Several erosions at the distal radius, ulna and the carpal bones. Mutilation of the ulnar head with slight ulnar deviation of the carpus. Joint space narrowing, sclerosis and osteophytes at the MP II joint.
