Recurrent huge myxofibrosarcoma of the head with bone destruction, initially arising from frontal and parietal brain lobe, extending to facial portion of the skull and involving the entire soft tissue of the head.
Case Discussion
Myxofibrosarcomas of the head are extremely rare as they usually appear in the lower extremities. According to the literature they usually occur in late adult age, thus making this case further extremely rare.
