Presentation

Past history of facial trauma and now presented with giddines for MRI of Brain.

Discontinuity of the nasal bone in keeping with a fracture.

Case Discussion

MRI brain did not reveal any intracranial abnormality.

Incidentally detected on MRI was a nasal bone fracture on routine T1 sagittal images.
