Case contributed by Javier Salguero
Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Slow growing face nodular mass. No history of trauma, cellulitis or pain.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years old
Gender: Female

CT slices in coronal and axial views show an asymmetric nodular growth of the right face dense to subcutaneous tissue but with no apparent borders or a true mass. It has no rich enhancement and has no involvement with adjacent structures.  At clinical evaluation, the growth was associated with yellowish-brown plaques and nodules that created the facial asymmetry.
