CT slices in coronal and axial views show an asymmetric nodular growth of the right face dense to subcutaneous tissue but with no apparent borders or a true mass. It has no rich enhancement and has no involvement with adjacent structures. At clinical evaluation, the growth was associated with yellowish-brown plaques and nodules that created the facial asymmetry.
Case Discussion
Biopsy confirmed necrobiotic xanthogranuloma.
