Presentation:

Typical stigmata of Neurofibromatosis type I. Muscular atrophy and paresis of the upper extermities.

Patient Data:

Age: 25
Gender: Female
Race: Caucasian

Case Discussion:

Neurofibromas along the course of the Xth cranial nerves, left > right with T2-hyperintense signal and contrast enhancement. Also extensive neurofibromatosis of the cervical spinal nerves and brachial plexus on both sides.
