Left frontal lobe lesion on axial slices. T2W axial shows a hyperintense signal and T1W axial shows a hypointense signal. Similar signal to CSF on DWI and FLAIR.

Case Discussion

The patient was referred for evaluation of seizures of six years duration. MR images revealed a well-defined cystic lesion measuring 1.8 x 1.3 cm in left frontal lobe. There were peripheral gliotic changes. The lesion was intra axial and showed signal changes similar to CSF in all pulse sequences.
