Patient Data:
Acute thoracolumbar kyphosis is associated with a large right sided thoracic mass.
The mass seen on x-ray can be seen to be dumb-bell shaped, passing into the spinal canal. Numerous other similar masses are also noted.

Large bilateral masses extending into the the acoustic meati (bilaterally) and Meckle's cave (right side) are noted, resulting in marked distortion of the brain stem.
