Shortness of breath.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Basal and peripheral opacities are seen with traction bronchiectasis. The dominant pattern of lung opacities is ground-glass. Irregular peribronchial thickening and interface sign.

Case Discussion

Peripheral ground-glass opacities with traction bronchiectasis in a pattern consistent with non-specific interstitial pneumonia (NSIP).
