Age: Adult
Gender: Female

Bilaterally symmetrical fine reticular opacities with relative subpleural sparing, traction bronchiectasis mild ground glass opacities with lower lobe predominance.

Case Discussion

Multifocal, subpleural ground glass change and reticulation without honeycombing in a patient with a history of scleroderma implies NSIP.
