A non-movable intra-ocular foreign body. The lens is intact and no retinal detachment.
Case Discussion
A metal density focus is noted in lateral radiograph as well as during ultrasound. The foreign body is not mobile. Few membranes are noted showing 'after movements'. No retinal detachment.
