Odontogenic keratocyst

Presentation:

9 year old male with mandibular swelling.

Modality: X-ray

Case Discussion:

There is an expansile unilocular lucent lesion in the right mandibular body with a well corticated margin. The lesion displaces an unerrupted permanent tooth inferiorly. 

Features are consistent with odontogenic keratocyst which was confirmed pathologically.
