Presentation

Patient attended oral surgical clinic for which an OPT was performed. Incidental right maxillary abnormality prompted CT to be undertaken.

Age: 35
Gender: Male

Dense well circumscribed lesion in the right maxilla, forming the floor of the maxillary sinus, with several discernable odontogenic elements within.  The adjacent teeth roots are being splayed.
