Twelve months dysphagia, worse over past three months.

Fluoroscopy

Circumferential esophageal web at the level of the thoracic inlet without hold-up of contrast or significant luminal narrowing. 

Case Discussion

Esophageal webs are typically asymptomatic. In this case the patient also has esophageal dysmotility.
