Presentation:

Patient had a history of alcohol abuse, liver cirrhosis, drug abuse, renal failure. Patient did not give a history of breast trauma, but was probably not asked either since the patient had many other medical problems that landed her in the ICU. So finding a remote history of breast trauma was probably low on the list of things to do.
