Case contributed by: Dr Frank Gaillard
Modality: CT
Modality: X-ray

Case Discussion:

X-rays and CT of the knee of a 16 year old male demonstrate a defect of the articular surface of the medial femoral condyle, involving its lateral surface. No intra-articular fragment can be identified. Features are consistent with osteochondritis dissecans.
