Presentation

Bowing of legs. Asymptomatic.

Patient Data

Age: 5 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

There is bowing of both femora which is symmetric.  Multiple growth arrest lungs in the femora and tibia.

Case Discussion

This child with known osteogenesis imperfecta has bowing of the long bones and accompanying growth-arrest lines (from use of bisphosphonates).
