Known OI of the Lobstein type, x-rays of the lower leg performed to rule out acute fractures. Known contracture of the knee joint.

X-rays showed an old, consolidated transcondylar fracture of the distal femur with ankylosis of the knee joint. Growth retardation of the tibia has led to a peculiar posteromedial convex deformity of the fibula. There were no acute fractures.
