Cystic mass in the pelvis detected by ultrasound (not shown) where the patient was sent in for further evaluation with MRI

Multiple large cysts arising from the ovaries (larger on the left) with predominantly high signal on T2. Some smaller cysts on the right are hypointense on T2 and hyperintense on T1. No solid vascularized components.
