Presentation

Multiple right sided testicular masses of recent onset. Non-tender

Patient Data

Age: 25
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Multiple small solid mass lesions arising in the tunica of the right testis. Underlying testis is normal. Contralateral testis is also normal without masses.

Case Discussion

Paratesticular fibrosis is also known as nodular fibrous periorchitis, reactive periorchitis and fibrous pseudo-tumor. It is a condition that is considered reactive in which a history of epididymo-orchitis, trauma or inflamed hydrocele is often present. A subset belong to IgG4 related sclerosing disease, although the pertinent immuno stains in this case were negative.
