An oval shaped juxtathyroid lesion is seen in the left parapharyngeal location. It lies postero-inferior to the left thryoid lobe. It appears hypo- to isodense in relation to the adjacent thyroid with a dense calcific focus within. It shows rather homogeneous enhancement in the post contrast study.
