Severe enlargement of the left parotid gland with marked dilatation of Stensen's duct due to a distal 22 mm stone. Fat stranding is also seen around the left parotid gland.
Case Discussion
The findings are consistent with left parotid sialadenitis due to distal Stensen's duct stone.
