Left parotid gland enlargement, shows increased in homogeneous parenchymal density (compare to the right side), mild overlying subcutaneous smudging is noted.
No hyperdense calculi. No solid or cystic masses seen.
Few enlarged lymph nodes are seen within both parotid glands, at level Ib and level II upper deep cervical lymph nodes, likely reactive.
