Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Vaginal bleeding. Patient was found to have 1st trimester miscarriage. Dilated veins were incidental finding.

ultrasound

There are multiple dilated and tortuous vessels measuring up to 11 mm around the uterus and ovaries with venous flow, probably representing pelvic congestion syndrome.
