Varicosities of the left ovarian and parametrial venous plexuses associated with dilatation of  the left ovarian vein.

Case Discussion:

These left ovarian varicosities are a result of incompetent valves in the left ovarian vein. 

This patient did nor report any specific symptoms, but these findings could be related to pelvic congestion syndrome, a cause of chronic pelvic pain.

It` is considered the female equivalent to a testicular varicocele.
