CT Abdomen and pelvis

Modality: CT

Diffuse metastatic disease, characterized by nodules scattered throughout the retroperitoneum, perirenal space, peritoneum, and abdominal wall subcutaneous tissue. Multiple bilateral soft-tissue masses.

  • RK: right kidney
  • PRS: perirenal space
  • PPS: posterior pararenal space

This case was presumed to correspond to metastatic disease bases on previous CT scans and the clinical history of advanced breast carcinoma
