Limited brain MRI shows a soft tissue lesion arising from the suprasellar region, with extension parallel to the clivus posteriorly and to the right, donating an isointense signal on T1 and T2 images, and solid enhancement post-Gd administration. Also there is a dural tail seen at the most posterior of the mass.
Case Discussion
Findings are suggestive of a petro-clival meningioma. However, tissue diagnosis was not obtained.
