T1 C+

A large enhancing mass is centered on the pineal region. It is heterogeneous with areas of cystic change. There is marked compression of the tectum with resulting obstructive hydrocephalus. A little surrounding oedema is also present.

This case illustrates a case of biopsy proven pineal germinoma.
