There is a well-defined round isodense lesion noted in the pituitary fossa, the lesion is widening the sella.

There is a well-defined round lesion noted in the pituitary fossa, the lesion is homogeneous and isodense on T1 and T2 and slightly hyperintense on FLAIR. It shows homogeneous contrast enhancement.
