These three selected images from an MRI of the pituitary demonstrate an ill-defined enhancing soft tissue mass engulfing the pituitary gland.
Case Discussion
The patient went on to have a transphenoidal resection and the diagnosis of primary CNS lymphoma was established, a rare cause of a pituitary mass.
