Case Discussion:

Findings of planter fasciitis affecting predominently in mid foot. Pathology correlates well with site of pain pointed by patient.

Planter fasciitis commonly involves proximal third fibres - near calcenum insertion.

Two other distribution of pathology :

1 ) proximal involvement extending to mid third foot.

2 ) isolated mid third foot involvement.

There are not focal hypoechoic nodules in fascia - No planter fibroma.
