Case Discussion
Fibrous dysplasia can be either monostotic (most commonly) or polyostotic.
Polyostotic fibrous dysplasia occasionally occurs associated with cafe-au-lait spots on the skin and precocious puberty. This complex is called McCune-Albright syndrome.
