Asymmetric muscular atrophy and fatty replacement involving right psoas, iliacus, obturator externus and left semimembranosus muscles; along with bilateral gluteus minimus, vastus lateralis, adductor group and rectus femoris muscles.

There is associated bilateral exaggerated femoral external rotation (right>left).
