Post radiotherapy pulmonary fibrosis

Case Discussion:
Dense fibrotic changes with traction bronchiectasis and volume loss in the medial aspect of the right upper lobe and middle lobe is demonstrated. The affected region has a straight lateral edge in keeping with post radiation fibrosis.
Right apical bronchogenic carcinoma treated with radiotherapy with resultant radiation pneumonitis followed by fibrosis.
