Presentation

Antenatal scan at 11-12 weeks gestation.

Patient Data

Gender: Female
ultrasound

A uterine septum is seen across the gestation sac, however, the septum is incomplete. The umbilical cord is seen to cross the septum with placental insertion on the other side
