Non-specific abdominal pain and distension

Patient Data:

Age: 40
Gender: Male
Modality: CT

Diffuse peritoneal fluid and calcified cystic lesions throughout peritoneal cavity especially around the spleen.  Note Sr. Joseph nodule in the umbilicus and calcified mass adjacent to the caecum (in the appendix ie origin of the low grade mucinous adenocarcinoma)
